21-year-old Nadine Chandrawinata of Jakarta, was crowned Miss Indonesia Universe 2005, on July 29th, 2005. Nadine, was born in Hanouver, Germany and have a twin sister. Although have a Germany blood, but Nadine love to be Indonesian.

"Shadow only exist when there's a light, if the darkness come the shadow will dissapear. That's not like a true friends", said Nadine that made her won the title.

“Winning Miss Indonesia competition is not in my mind before,” Nadine said. A model throughout her teenager, Nadine has starring a few commercial and one movie that will release soon. She is now studying in London School of Public Relation. Her other interest is swimming and travelling. 

Continuing the crusade of her predecessors, as Miss Indonesia 2005, Chandrawinata will use her title to increase awareness about Drugs, Domestic Violance and help childrens that needed. Her year-long reign will take her around Indonesia as an ambassador for organizations.
